Phalanx first, it'd be bad to see our capitol captured by barbarian hordes

Then...a settler seems fine yes, our warrior will have some time to explore before the settler is done.

Warrior, Settler. I think the extra vision of the warrior comes in handy more often than the defence (sic) of the phalanx about 3:1 times.

With the number of AIs - I vote phalanx-settler.

Else I would try to clean up the area for ruins and explore for suitable places for new settlements - that means another warrior then a settler and then the phalanx.

I think we need another Warrior to explore: to pick up goody huts before the AI does and to find sites for cities.

It does without saying that we also need a Phalanx and more Settlers. I would prefer Warrior-Phalanx-Settler but since that's not an option I voted Phalanx-Warrior-Settler.
