positions include:
analyist, advisor, controllers, FAs, Whip (+ perhaps more)
you will be given a time to climatise to our team, than we would like you to pick sometihng and become active at it
currently there are a couple of FAs and a 3rd controller position open
if you are not active, you will be banned
I am sure other elder members have stuff to add

FAs handle contact with the foreign teams
they have to be fairly independent, in order to take advantage of situations
controllers actually play the game
advisor and analyst and whip positions are all taken right now
