I think that whoever does not get the position this time should automatically get the position in the next administration.

That is if they want it. So no one really loses, they just have to wait until the next administration.

Zargon and I have come to an agreement regarding the tie vote in the Military Architect election.

I will become MA for the 1st half of the term and he will be MA for the 2nd half. For now we are assuming that the new term will end at the end of April 2003.

I suggest that Zargon become the Deputy MA in times of my absence for the 1st half and likewise for that I assume the Deputy MA during the 2nd half.

I don't know whether Vondrack will reappoint Zargon as VP but if so, the Constitution requires that the VP be a minister, so I will assign him to be Minister of our Air Force to fit that requirement (just kidding).
