	Legos Minor City placement Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

About time this was discussed, although there is absolutely no rush on things. May as well have a plan!

Here are my suggested city sites along with a list of priorities:



City names are temporary, I have no imagination at this time of night.... except where Anna Kournikova and whipped cream are concerned...

Priority in order:

1. Angus' Lookout
2. Goldfish City
3. Suez
4. New Vondrack
5. Red Star City
6. Trip's Revenge
7. Belfast

Not sure if we will need the Iron source near RS City so I've omitted it from the equation.

Priority in order:

1. New Vondrack
2. Suez
3. Goldfish City
4. Red Star City

New Vondrack to found a base on Legos Minor - it really isn't as important as the next 3

Suez is important for moving ships quickly from Panama to the western sea. Might be preferable further east to get more area and to avoid the enemy from besieging it from those mountains to the west.

Goldfish City is a very good city location due to its fish and gold, but very far away so even with Republic will likely be full of corruption.

Red Star City is a good city - reminds me of Garland Crater in SMAC - the iron might be useful as well.

Only for filler, very low priority due to lack of food available:

Well I agree with what you say, though I think Angus' lookout might be worth a shot as it has gold and horses, plus a very strategic position....

Suez is a very vital spot, as it will make boat travel around our lands much quicker. Defensively speaking, Angus' Lookout is also a very powerful position, as once it has a coastal fortress, no ships will be able to pass through the straight into Panama Bay undamaged. And, as Sharpe said, New Vondrack would be a good base to set up first to aid in settling the rest of the sub-continent.
