	Where's my X, dammit! Remove this text

Urg. I'm going for the X victory. Have four Xs, and win the senate vote to see who has the fifth (after killing every guardian and searching every neutron star and black hole). Bugs have it. Fair enough - I band all 300+ of my ships into task forces and exterminate the bugs. After bombing out their last planet, I don't get the X. I thought wiping an empire out yielded any Xs they had. Did I need to capture their last planet or something? What do I do?

I doubt wheter you automatically get the X after Conquest.
After all you never get Tech from Invasions.
It may be possible to steal the X while they still research it but in you current postion i think the X may now be Yielded through Expedition as Normal?
