According to a story that will be on the front page of Washington Post on Thursday...

The CIA came to Bush on Wed afternoon and told them they knew where Sadam was. Based on that intel, they moved up their time table and changed the targeting information on 40 cruise missiles and sent 20 each at two different targets in the hopes of taking out Sadam...

They missed... or so everybody thinks.

True with the bunch we know about - but they've been pretty egotistical primadonnas, getting themselves on TV all the time, running their mouths, having slack communications and infosec procedures.
