	I need help! Please! Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

MarkG, DanQ? Administrators and Moderators! Put your listening caps on because Dominikos has a problem.

Here is the damage report:

Whenever I try to change my profile I get the following message:

"There is already a member with that email address, and the administrator has required that all users must have unique email addresses. If you already have a username and have forgotten your password, please click here."

I do see my old e-mail address there but I can't even change that. My new e-mail is siberius@sympatico.ca

I logged in as Dominikos yet I can't change my own profile! Do I have another handle (old and forgotten) that may be interfering?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get an email to that new address that had a link to confirm the address worked?
Perhaps that confirmation step could be causing problems.

It was a strange one... the email address was a match, and I was able to match the IP address between it and your current account... The name was something so non-descript that I don't even remember it. It had never been used so I just deleted it.

Nahhh... But in this case... the DL was over a few years old, had never been used, and it was obvious that he had even forgotten about it... Just deleting it seems like the proper action here...
