We aren’t quite sure why you are building up military forces near our borders, but we urge you to consider very carefully any actions you are thinking about taking.


Build up Army and Air Force to medium, train them effectively and open up competitive contracts for arms suppliers within the country for new and advanced weapons and military hardware in all branches of the military. Continue working on secret space program. Begin developing space-based ship to ship and orbit to surface weapons (in secret). Programs are in place to beef up industry and the economy. Development of high tech and heavy production factories and assemblies is being encouraged, with businesses and factories being set up in areas of advanced electronics to better crop yields to more efficient domestic appliances. Infrastructure is being rounded out to allow this to be put in place. Any excess government money is going to these things and a strong individual work ethic is being encouraged.

News about the attacks on Sweden and Finland still didn't reach the HRE, as the radar and radio shutdown made by the Special Forces were destroying any communications, only the HRE Military Commando of Wien could receive daily updates on it, but it was not allowed to share it with the rest of the populations.

Also the Russian fronts was calm, but who knows what could happen in the next few hours.
