To Germany: How soon your assurances that you have no desire to attack Israel are forgotten. Israel did not attack the British people; the attack on Yemen was carried out without roders by local troops, and we have already stated our willingness to withdraw. We are not cowed by your blustering, your propaganda, or your nuclear threats. Any attempt to invade Turkey or Israel will be met by a full response, including if necessary nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
To Kramer Associates (secret): While the ABM net is classified technology, and thus we cannot sell it, we would be happy to extend it to include Kramer holdings, although you must understand that we will need to install facilities in the areas to be protected, and these facilities will be high-security and heavily restricted.
To Japan (secret): Perhaps a better solution to the crisis would be to have the cities made independant and neutral, like Asian Switzerlands.
As for the German issue - thank you for your assistance. Please note, however, that should the war turn against us, the entire area is likely to vanish in fire and smoke. We will not permit a German conquest of our homeland, which would bring about the final extermination of the Jewish people from Earth.
To Britain (secret): We didn't stop the Japanese from attacking simply because we had no ability to. They were determined to go ahead no matter what, and it would have destroyed the alliance had we tried to prevent it. Not being privy to their planning, we concluded that a coup directed from Tokyo in HK and Signapore that would give them control would be preferable to the loss of an important ally. However, as it turned out, matters are much more serious, which is why we are trying to achieve a peaceful solution.
And as for your request to Japan to prove they didn't do it - this is absurd. The burden of proof is on you. You ahve given no evidence beyond conjecture that we did it, and neither of us had nukes at the time. If you had some proof, things would be different, but you don't.
To Italy (secret): We would be prepared to let you have such a land bridge if you could rein in the Germans. Their warmongering threatens a second holocaust, which will destroy the whole of Europe.
To World: While all of you are fixated on the crisis over a few tiny cities in the Far East, a far greater threat is emerging. The German Third Reich, which only a short time ago appeared to be little threat, has begun threatening the extermination of the Jewish people from the Earth. If the Nazis are permitted to continue with their mad scheming, they will bring about a war that will destroy all of Europe and perhaps the entire world. We urge all nations to take a stand against Germana ggression to preserve peace and human decency.
Orders:
Declare a total embargo on Germany. Close the Suez Canal to German shipping, arrest all German nationals within Israeli territory and declare martial law indefinitely.
Increase oil prices to pay for a miltiary buildup.
Accelerate the nuclear buildup, so as to reach 10 warheads within 4 RL days. Continue the buildup at 2 per year following this.
Use emergency drafting to increase the army to Enormous.
Begin an emergency air force buildup to immeasurable.
Distribute gas masks and vacciantions for smallpox and anthreax among all Israeli citizens.
Form militias to fight a guerilla war against any invasion.
Extend the range of the ABM defence to Turkey and massively increase the Israeli presence there.

It is good you have recognized our possesion of Hong Kong and Singapore, but we already told you we don't want any Japanese military presence in there, we must ask you once again to fully withdraw from those cities, we can not trust Japanese soldiers in the areas, as you already tricked us once, and it won't happen a second time.
We already said we would allow Japanese merchant ships to stop at those ports, and you should be thankful for it, because normally the enemies of Britain are not given such a kind concession.

- Raise Healthcare funding by a 300%

Sapporo has been nuked!! An accidental lunch by the Israeli army has punched this city into oblivion!!
In Japan, all non-Japanese citizens were “accidentally” killed trying to get into Japan.
Detroit is gone!! The motor city has been destroyed by another nuke, from Germany, that has crippled the car industry and has definitely hurt the whole economy.
In Britain and Germany, people are boiling their water before eating or drinking, saving many lives.
All over the world, clean up efforts are in full swing to restore the lost cities.
In Mexico, CSA and Associate troops crossed the Rio Grande to face an enemy in their on land and where met with fierce fighting and house-to-house checks.
In South America, Argentine troops captured Bolivia but wee forced back when they tried to push into Peru. Brazilian forces have unexpectedly gone north and captured more than half of Venezuela.
In Finland, the last straw for the Finnish government was pulled by a Scandinavian man trying to assassinate the president. Troops are now fighting at the border.
Honk Kong, Singapore and Yemen have been returned to Britain.
In Lithuania, rebels have risen up and joined Finland, hoping it might help their independence.
Kramer Associates know controls the Panama Canal, cutting the USM forces in half.
In Turkey, forces are being put on high alert, hoping to push back any German invasion.
