Bueno, en realidad sí es posible, pero la broma te cuesta unas 100 Mb: consiste en duplicar TODAS las carpetas de unidades y traducir los nombres de dichas carpetas y sus correspondientes .INI. Además, tendrías que meterte en las carpetas de las unidades de industrial ages para cambiar un par de cosas.

Sasto, eso de poder abrir con el mismo civ las partidas en inglés y en español ya se intentó aquí. El principal problema creo que está en el nombre de tres unidades navales. (buque de guerra inglés, buque blindado y acorzado). En la traducción de Félix estos se corrigieron.
Estoy pensando que tambíen se puede renombrar las unidades del civ original para evitar problemas

No, no, ese es un problema totalmente distinto, de incompatibilidades entre la traducción oficial y la de D. Félix
