RESOLUTION: What to do about Te Moana? Increase the size of your Attachments

In Frozzy's thread it was discussed to move Te Moana. A build queue much also be established.

Taking the advice of the MoD on what units he feels our empire needs, I have decided Te Moana should move to the 2 pearls location and build a phalanx followed by a settler.

I think we could start with settler at Te Moana because the warrior is already up in that area. Just fade him back toward Te Moana.

Move Te Moana to the 2 pearls location with a queue of Phalanx, Settler - maybe only the settler option.

That depends of the greeks attitude to us. Let's sort that out as soon as possible. Will we be enemies or "friends"?
