I have a crown-shaped mark on my left buttock. What does it mean?

My eyes are also vertically missmatched, ie. not on the level, as are my ears, but the other way around, so my glasses are rather twisted.... I can twist my eyebrows quite intependently, most people don't see to be able. And I can turn my eyelids upside down!

"Gilbert's Syndrome

What is Gilbert's Syndrome?

Gilbert's Syndrome is a fairly common, mild liver disorder. People with this disorder have a moderate, fluctuating increase in serum bilirubin, a yellow pigment excreted by the liver into bile.

Small amounts of bilirubin are normally present in the blood. It is produced from the natural breakdown of hemoglobin (the red pigment of red blood cells) in bone marrow, the spleen and other organs. It is carried to the liver in the blood. In the liver, it undergoes a series of chemical changes and is then excreted into bile. Next, it undergoes further chemical changes in the intestines, and from there passes out of the body. However, when red blood cells breakdown excessively or there is interference in the bile excretion process, the amount of bilirubin increases and may produce jaundice - a yellow discoloration of the skin and/or eyes .

In people with Gilbert's Syndrome, the bilirubin level often goes up and down. At times, it may be within the normal range. At other times, the level will be higher than normal, but not dangerously so.

Who Is Most Likely To Develop Gilbert's Syndrome?

Scientists believe that it is an inherited disorder. It is estimated that between three to seven per cent of all adults have Gilbert's Syndrome. It is much more common in males, and usually first appears when people are in their teens or early adulthood (20s and 30s).

What Are the Symptoms?

For some people there are very few symptoms, and often they are not aware they have the disorder. However, in other people mild jaundice may appear, and the whites of the eyes may be yellowish. Others have reported gastrointestinal complaints as well as fatigue, weakness and abdominal pain. However, it is not clear whether these symptoms are directly related to higher levels of bilirubin. "

So have you got freaky yellow eyes?

lesse, physical deformaties...

i have several extra bones in my feet (no extra toes though), just lumps and whatnot. don't do much for me.

my chest cracks when i stretch. mostly the breastbone (i think it's call the clavicle, the thing in the center that connects ribs). not sure how odd that is, but it really freaks people out when i bench press and you hear a loud snap the first few times.

what else...

i have tiny fingernails, and large hands. my sister tells me thats because i bite them all the time, but whatever.

uhhh... my hair on my head grows really fast. like, if i wanted to maintain a professional look for a job, i'd need a haircut every week. i, however, being a college student, haven't gotten one in a month and a half, and i have this thick bush of hair up there. mmh... bush.

uhhh... not freakish, but i have stretch marks on my shoulders, bicepts, inner thighs, hips, etc. as a child i went from fat -> skinny -> fat -> skinny a lot, and my skin crapped out on me. piece of crap. turns out it wasn't under warranty. i'm getting a lot of muscle now, but they wont go away. they started to fade i guess, my doctor told me to use this vitaman E crap, but i don't think it does anything but make me greasy.

uhm...

my left eyebrow is out of control. the inner part (horizontally) cannot be tamed by anything short of mega hold gel. shaving it is a bad idea (i've done it before). i look doofy with or without it.

i have moles all over the top my head, but amazingly nowhere else on my body (well, i have one on my upper lip, but thats all). i found this out when i shaved my head one summer as a joke on my jewish friends (they don't like me much).

i think that might be it.

Hmm.....I have an extra tooth (My dentist took a look at it and said that it won't cause any problems).

Whenever I move any of my upper body for the first time (Such as waking up from bed) it cracks horribly. Then it goes away.

The hair on my head and arms grows at a phenominal rate.

My arm is double jointed, and so are my fingers. It's fun to scare people

I have two.......distinguishing marks on a certain body part

My elbows look dead. The skin is all bumpy and grey. It also freaks people out.

My fingernails also grow at a bad rate.

I have this nasty habit of picking my lips when I'm thinking, so consequently my nails are always bloody (which freaks people out) and my lips look undesirable. (Of course, my wife always loves them )

My skin gets super-itchy whenever I'm about to go to bed. It's not normal itching......It's PAINFUL. Literally. Sometimes I have to spend an hour just scratching it. Ugh.

Thats about it for me.
