	Should modifiers be in a certain order? Get a bigger avatar today!

The guidelines for the faction abilities list the expressions in a certain order, but the premade factions have theirs listed in a different order than what the instructions say.

For example, the free unit modifier, UNIT, is listed early in the alpha.txt list of modifiers, but the Cult of Planet’s free mindworms are listed last in their text file. Other items are out of order as well. I have made my custom factions by following the order in the alpha.txt list; was this wise?

And why does the Believer text file have a value after its fanatic rating? It says FANATIC, 0.

The abilities in that section do not have to be in a certain order. And if you look in the comments section at the end of the alphax.txt file, you will find descriptions for the various abilities. In there it says that the variable assigned to Fanatic does not make any difference -- they just put 0 to put something.
