Noble Dragons Sci-Fi Succession Game Got spare money?

Large Map/Normal Land Mass/Archipelago/Wet/Temperate/4 Billion Years/Class(second hardest) Difficulty/7 Civilizations/Wrath of Gaia(highest barbs setting)/Don't Restart Eliminated Players flag set/Alien Race

Started with Craftmanship.

Additional Rules:
-Reputation may never go below spotless. Ever.
-No attacking another civilization until they've attacked you near one of our bases.
-We may not change to The Great Joining(equivilant of fundimentalism) government.

I'll play some turns later.
