I want a continent peninsula as well, and the peninsula must be bootshaped, and have some large islands to the west.

Simplier, just take a map of Italy and stick it somewhere in the map of Apolyton, and call it Kingdom of Wine

If you wish, ColdWizard, I would be happy to help you on your task. Although my nation is not located on Apolyton, I have made several maps already of different areas (and for AD&D matters as well, lots of them), and I find it quite a fun thing to do.

Guys I remind you that the tiny region of Hispanica (from Apolyton's Spanish Forum) is near the region of Apolyton.
In the good old days we hold more thant 30 nations. Now we are living on the dark ages and most of the countries ceased to exist

actually, why not making something like simcountry.

We draw a map with all borders and such, and than the player just select which country he want to be.

We could live some "free" countries in case the region will ever grow back to 160+

Then, once we are done with the map, I'll start working back to the website (with the help from some other people, because it is a work I can not do alone), and voilà, we will have a nice and strong NationStates community

that's exactly my intention, the poll is to give me a general idea of the island/continent ratio (and i was curious about the current activity level of the NS group )

The capitol island of Provracy is 5 square miles (including Pyramia Centralis which is 2 mi*2mi Pyramid), and we've annexed several islands.

The Commonwealth of Akiria is a single, enormous island, to the North (and slightly west if needs be) of the main continent of Apolyton. When I say enormous, I mean my population is 1039 Million today, and I do not have any large cities. Most of the population is evenly spread, with a few small cities, and a large prrotecte area in the middle, comprising of a mountain range covered in forest, with only the peaks showing. I know this is way to much info for the map, just to give you an the idea if you feel like doing any detail on any of the maps.

The United Socialist States of Qantrix (USSQ) is located at the coast (at least i hope so) it's now a small nation of 20 Million People, the most of them live in 3 big cities (Qanama,Trion and the capital Ixionpolis)the nation is covered by forests and grasslands, it's all around sea level accept the east (the part of the nation where Qanama is in) there are a few mountains there.

Sheepsta should be a large island off the coast near Alecrast. North and South Sheepsta are occupation zones. In the South West the indpendent nation of New Sheepsta plots the reunification of the island nation.

The Federation of Ecotopian Republics is a large, sparsely populatled peninsula in the southernmost area of the reagion. The Coastal Lowlands have dense tropical rainforest and very high mountains in the interior. The area inland of the west coast is savanna. Most of the population lives in the savanna along the Kjornallen River, which is about the length of the Rhine River.

This is towards the East of Alecrast, and "near" should be taken as being able to fit both Alecrast and Sheepsta twice between the two.
