To All Nations that are considering involving themselves with the Congo:
The peoples of the congo have proven themselves to be savages and unjust to their own women. They have also proven that they can not control their citizens. As our troops move west they will show the people of the congo what our discipline and lifestyle is like. Any man in our army that engages in Rape, pillaging, or burning villages to the ground will be exucuted. While this conflict may not look like it now, the empires of egypt and ethopia have the best interests of all Africa at heart. Africa is our home and we will fight to preserve it from any threat.

To Egypt: (Secret) I had originally intended to use most of my army in the attack on the Congo however i feel that we should leave a decent sized force in our homeland to insure our safety there.

The Maldives fell swiftly to the Ingevedians after a series of battles on the larger islands left the monarch of the Maldives dethroned and presumed dead. Most of the smaller islands support the new rulers, though on Wilingili Island there is a well developed resistance movement, as this island was once the capitail of the Maldivian monarch. Whispered secrets in the Dhivehi tongue, which few Ingevians speak, hold that the still living King is at the center of this movement.

The Kongo warriors (New UU) were left confused to the East,as the Ethiopians laid waste to their lines and took control of a great deal of land. The original Egyptian Western offensive was curtailed and the Egyptians were laid to ruin in the west by a brilliant Congo general who used a series of Bread riots in the Sahara to expedite his movement there.

Over most of the Egyptian empire there is a massive famine, the Nile remains bounteous and overpopulation is starting to spread disease there, though no major diseases have begun yet. The Economy of Egypt took a hit due to the famine.

The Ainui Alaskan colony failed when food reserves faltered before sufficient hunting techniques could be established. The Oregonese took control of the Aleutians after they Ainui abandoned them.

But an ambitious Ainui group has made a pact with both the governments of the Koryak and the Ainui to get Koryak help with a new colony, established further north, and yet to continue to accept Ainui rule.

Riots have struck in Ethiopian Arabia when the King's new mesures were put in to place. The King's brother was killed during one such riot, while searching for a new wife. Ethiopian Home Gaurd generals are enraged and call for an immediate movement into Arabia to crush the revolt.

All the Lords of Semeria stood around the old stone table. The looked at the map of the known world, drawn on the table by chalk and charqoul (however this has nothing to do with what im going to say, lol). All eyes were on High Lord Jason, who held the paper in his hands. The Constitution of the Semerian Empire await his signature. The feather-pen reached the paper, and it was done.

The new constitution basically stated that everyone was equal, the Lordship had more power (elected Lords from every province) over the High Lord. (Basically, Parliamentary Monarchy). This day forever will change the Semerians.

Cherokee Warriors, upset that they were unable to fight the Romans in Greenland have taken it upon themselves to inform the Seminole tribes of Southern Florida of the way Romans have treated their people in other parts of the world. These reports have angered the Seminoles against the Romans, and reports of Roman homes in Florida being torched, and women in florida being raped are slowly trickling out.

Wisconsinite Navy is blocading the Roman Ports in Florida, cutting all Romans there off from food and military aid.

Romans seeking political asylum are being sent deep into Wisconsin Territory free of charge to live peacefully, even though they are being dispersed by family.

Wisconsin sends offers of peace to the Seminoles, noting that they share a common enemy in the Romans, and with Wisconsin's advanced weaponry, the Seminoles could continue their revenge as a part of the Republic of Wisconsin.

Wisc: No, no no. We are not at war yet. We will overlook your pre emptive strikes for now. There is still room for diplomacy, so lets try and sort this out peacefully and use war as a last resort. You will have to stop inciting natives, they will soon realize that this will hurt them more than it will help them. Also, we apologize for making an inappropriate comment about smearing the blood of innocents. Rome will do no such thing and this was obviously just a heat of the moment thing. On careful examination we understand we were coming off too offensive and for that we are sorry. We do have some border issues that we need to clear up, hopefully peacefully.

OREGON: We understand a tribe has tried to settle your native lands, please give us contact with them so that we may "discuss" things with them ASAP.

BRAZIL: Things are looking like war up north. I take it that Brazilian ships can be counted on for this campaign as well? War certainly helps your economy when the fighting is thousands of miles away...

To Rome: We sign peace on the Polish Terms. This is what we wanted all along. Futheromre I offer a non-aggression treaty and trading rights. May we strive for co-operation.

The threat of war between Wiscounsin and Rome showed how badly the Americans were beaten. They were internally divided, and the Unified Empire was a strong as ever. However it was not their war and the Unified Empire would not become involoved.

The war had been won as soon as Semerian and allies landed in Greenland. The Europeans had won the first war on America, but High Lord Jason knew it was not the last.

Now this Triple Alliance deal the Unifed Empire was proposing was defenitly intriguing. It would forever change the foriegn policy of Semeria, one that is usually neutral. However, Jason feared the repricutions of the war Europe just one, that America, especially Rome, would want revenge. Already Rome was jealous enough of Semeria to always be degrading it, and Jason knew where being jealous could lead too.

Yes, the Tiple Alliance was a good thing, and Semeria shall be apart of it.

We won't sink to your level by insulting you, that won't accomplish anything. We can't tell you to stop, because we are sometimes guilty of the same thing. However, we implore you to think about your actions before you get involved in a war. At least consider the Semerian proposal.
