To help get the timezone and daylight savings right Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

A very good tool is http://www.timeanddate.com/time
that list all time offset to GMT/UTC correctly and have all the details for daylight savings around the whole world.

Another good tool is http://www.worldtimezone.com that gives a good world map with all the timezones!
