As already discussed in an other thread, we should start building the electrification wonder in Moscow and rush buy it next turn with the money we get from selling powerplants. This gives us two advantages: cities without powerplants until now get a production boost and we have to pay less upkeep for improvements, thus making the surplus larger. This will help to pay for more tanks and fighters and other equipment for our glorious army!

Yep Power Plants and Hydro-electric damns are mutually exclusive, and both increase production from Steel Mills by 50%. So we should sell all Power Plants and Hydro-electric Damns. If possible, it would be best to sell them off the turn after it is rushbought would it not? So that we do not take a 1 turn production hit, we would need alot of cash to do this though. The 2/3 convoys arriving this turn should help.

Assuming something is disbanded in Moscow, we can rush rural electrification for around 1500 rubles. With the trade convoy from the UK coming in, this would be around half of the treasury. I am not even counting the fact we will be selling large amounts of sewers and marketplaces this turn as well.
Of course, the money could go elsewhere, but I think this wonder should be a priority, and we will have leftovers to spend.
Also, we have some ammunition plant somewhere, I haven't been able to find it yet. but when the wonder is built, that needs to go as well.

Assistant Economic Ministers Report for July 1942 :
(note this may be editted, but I want people like Greeny and front commanders to be able to read this now, since I believe we need their concurrence to scrap items in their respective areas)
1. Recommend we scrap all six sewer systems for rubles. Sewers are in Moscow, Leningrad, Stalingrad, Sevastpol, Voreneh, and Sverdelosk.
2. Recommend we scrap all the marketplaces in the following list.
Zlatoust
Krasnovishersk
Novyy Port
Kazanlinsk
Khodzheyli
Ashkhabad
Aralsk
Orsk
Perm
Orenberg
Krasnovodsk
Kuybyshev
Kazan
Voronezh
Cherepovets
Shevchenko
I realize the sewers and marketplaces compromise a huge list, but front commanders and armamanets minister, check if you see cities on the list, and grant your assent or disaproval.
3. Notes, but not recommends since this is not technically my area, that we disband a unit in Moscow and buy rural electrification so we may sell dams, powerplants, and ammunition plants next turn. We will still have leftover funds for fronts and Ural developement, and will allow more funds next turn.

If we are agreed on rush-buying Electrification then it doesn't matter where it is built, production is irrelevent, so it makes sense to built it in Sverdlovsk rather than Moscow. Sverdlovsk is currently working on the Labour Front wonder so Electrification would "only" cost
1136(,000) rubles.
Also Comrade EZRhino: your going to need to look to the defence of the Caucuses now that Kotelnikovo has been taken, there are plenty of red guards and and a KV-1 division in the area, also a traspost of 3 Naval Infantry could land in Novorossiysk to help. The Shturmovik about to be completed in Grozneyy is your best defence however, the Germans will have to advance over roadless terrain to get to your positions so will be sitting ducks for air attack.

Shouldn't we continue to build the Labour Front in Sverdlovsk? If it doesn't matter where we build it, I would build it where it would cost the least, without having to change production of wonders in other cities.

Sverdlovsk won't finish labour front for 17 turns, building Electrification here will not waste shields due to changing from Improvements/Units to wonder. Labour Front could be built in Moscow in 8 turns, but then again it could build 4 Shturmoviks in that time. How many rubles per turn would Labour Front save us? (pays for all improvments which cost 1 gold per turn).

Never doubted you for a second boss.
Also, it appears we discovered 85 AP tank gun very fast, in one turn. Since this may happen again, I want to take opinions on the next tech after the mobile warfare III advance.
Options and opinions:
Advanced Research: Research Lab, will lead to Tankograd. In my view, can wait.
Civil Defense: Path to air defense corps, allowing us to build more air defenses. Also superferlous, we seemed to have become more proficient in the air on our own.
Advanced Flight IV: Leads to Yak's, we all know how much we like these.
122mm Gun: On the path to mobile warfare IV, the unit for this advance doesn't even seem to exist yet.
Assault Artillery: Unit also not availible, anyone knows what this would be build? More assault guns?
Recommendation: Advanced Flight IV. The only one that gives us a unit, the beneficial Yak-9 to start replacing those La-5's.

I think we better research the Yak's first, if our research is high enough we can research assault artillery afterwards, before winter begins. We could use better fighters to counter German air raids on our liberated cities.
