I also need to hear from the NW commander regarding my plan to attack Helsinki next turn. I need his Katyusha Rocket in Talinn.

For December 1942, NW front:

Not sure if Riga is still under myself or Baltic, but I think having that katyusha built would be nice.

Also, if you have any money leftover, spending money on the tankhunter in Kalinn and buying Red Guards, like you did last turn, wouldn't hurt.

Also, now that Kiev is now going to be pernamently under Soviet control, you can finally sell all those grain silo's.

Comrade Minister,

I would love special attention payed to Orel, Belgorod, Kursk and Kharkov, with the aim of preparing an unbreakable defensive line (first 3 cities) and a Su-122 laden counterattck force (Kharkov) for the upcomming summer offensive believed to be at Kursk.

The 76mm AT guns are rather cheap.

Perhaps all the commanders could use more labour brigades to erect fortresses for protection on the advance into the Reich. Also to clean up any road gaps that may exist (I know I have a few).

Other than that, Katyusha Katyusha, Katyusha. Oh, how her sweet song fills our troops with joy!

what's the status of markets and banks on russian cities? and of oil refineries?

would it be worthwhile to up luxuries in order to get celebrations? or too much extra infrastructure is needed?

This thread is for requesting rush buying in ones own cities, surely moving up reinforcements has nothing to do with it?

Isn't rush buys in non commander cities up to the armaments minister+the economic minister? (rather than commander+economic minsiter)

Besides the lack of requests can probably be interpreted as the economics minister doing a good job on rush buying in our cities on his own. Atleast that's why I don't post requests (ie, the front isn't in an urgent need for rush bought reinforcements but is happy to receive whatever the economic minister feel fit while doing his turn). As I recall I've gotten some units without requesting them bought the last few turns.

Since pinky is basically the only one who posts here, that leaves me with around 9.99 million Rubles to spend on non-requested speed-buys. Its next to impossible to spend all this cash in one turn, I cant just let that stuff pile up ya know.

Many thanks for the dacha, it is such a shame I must be at headquarters with my armies. But when this unpleasantness is behind us and communism rules the world, then I may retire to my dacha to live the last of my days with women, song, and vodka.

1. SELL the coastal fortress in Wittenburg, it serves no purpose there.

2. Buy Katyusha in Neustralitz, disband a Red Guard if need be.
If you wish to spend extra in my front, change production in Wittenburg to a katyusha and buy it.
