do we really need a trade advisor this time if we can't make caravans? and imperial expansion has never done very much, perhaps roll it into the vp's job?

Good point, we dont build caravans this game

Imperial expansion is always dificult, we could give it the VP or to the City Planner or just see if someone wants to run for it first.

I agree that a Minister of Trade should not be needed in this game. And I always have felt suggesting places for new cities seemed a logical City-Planner function.

Do we have a deadline for nominations?

I nominate myself for President - competition, 123john - thi'll be fun! If however we have no candidates for other positions when polls open, I will switch nominations to whatever has no nominee. preferably not City Planner, but I could handle that if need be.

Not always. My last election I barely squeaked by on the last day.

Banana was winning until both CannonFodder and I posted our speeches.
