	New Team Member Increase the size of your Attachments

A refugee from Lux, BigFree, has asked to join us. I have approved his request for citizenship.

He shall take a role as an advisor in our Kingdom after he has fully integrated himself with our relations. He comes at a good time for us, as I have been able to do less of our Diplomacy that I would like, and many of our ambassadors are not very active. BigFree does Diplomacy for me in the IDSG game and will be able to help us with those matters in Spain as well.

Furthermore, I hope that his experience and relations with other nations while living in Lux Invicta will help give him additional insights as to the actions of our competators.

I am sure that you will welcome him into our nation. I hope to see him soon involved in our religious and cultural discussions.

Thanks for the welcome.

I have a lot of respect for Togas from my experiences with him in the ISDG. It will be a pleasure to work with him here; and I look foward to meeting and working with the rest of the RP team as well. Togas has said many nice things about this team.

I was with Lux for about 3 turns (I think), I joined right before the plug got pulled.

I'm sure the life of RP will last well into the next 5 or so millenium's!

Now on to the task of reading many threads and catching up on RP's history.

Perhaps you would like to set up office in Vigo then. I am building the first church in honour of our Lord and we have an extensive road system, along with the best courier system in all of Spain.

Also our iron works can be used to show our enemies the strength of our swords and shields, not to mention the potential of diamond-trading once a proper road is set up. Surely Vigo is the place for our diplomatic headquarters.

It became more than an opportunity to play and win Apolyton's first Civ 3 PtW Democracy Game; it ultimately opened my eyes to the beauty of one of the world's great cultures and allowed me to participate in its ascension as apart of a truly worldwide community.

But, moreover, if this game were a microcosm of the world, then it will allow us the opportunity to observe our global condition reflected through our motives and actions , history re-revealed like the apparitions of our own desperate humanity... and inhumanity.
