I am removing the old list, and starting fresh with very few exceptions (people who don't/no longer visit this site and have already contacted me), so yes, you need to sign up again.
Later, when I get the webpage up and running, it will likely just E-mail a link to the new editions with a breif explaination. Don't know when I will actually have time for all that, though.
