can someone give me a run down on the HFOG please?
2nd, am i missing something or does my empire automatically end wars with other nations purely because 20 turns expire?

1. HFOG = inefficiency in you government. A multiplier shown in your victory screen applied to the costs of everything. Can be fought by having a revolution or making social research.
2. If there is no battles in 10 turns there will be a switch back to neutral relations. But if the AI still hates you it will declare war again.

In man history untril the 20 th century war traditicn ended temp in the winter month and around major holiday's. It was almost impossible to carry out full scale military action in the winter only small scale action once than awhile took place.
