The save is here. The following message was with the save:

GoW is a funny team. So they were hired to give GS troop reports but no mention was made of the reports to be accurate? What are these reports for then? And how can we know if the images they send to us are accurate?

Have you seen the F8 screen? GS score has increased considerably!

How could he go there without us seeing it ?

It's more evident now that they are trying to secure this area for their settlements or against ours !

I agree with you, General Astronicus. We should discuss this as soon as possible. I talked about that with the king a few days ago but other business (OOC: RL and too few time) prevented me from opening a public discussion about that. I will do it right now.

If GoW did give them the 200 gold they probably used to upgrade massive amounts of units.

The score only shows citizens, luxes and land. So no upgrade can be reflected here.

The second screen (power) does that. I've been investigating that screen, but everyone seems to be counted on it, and it is very difficult to calculate our power. And without our power I cannot tell the relative power of the other civs in absolute terms
