I suggest we send out the Settler to site 2 first without an escort. If we see "enemy" units (Barbs or another team), we send a Warrior from Apolyton to protect the Settler. If not, we keep our Warriors on Apolyton to defend against Barbs.

Depends on what the barbs do. We can probably safely take W7 from Mingapulco (since there shouldn't be any barbs within range yet).

If any barbs get next to Poly, then we'll definitely need at least two there.

Why don't we let WBigFree continue to roam; if he's roaming around it'll be more likely to stir up the folks at CDG and GCA; which means they'll be likely to approach us about his removal!? Or would we rather have them there as a spy, so we don't want to stir things up?

I think we can make a case for letting him roam and not removing him at the request of either GCA and CDG (if that's what we want); we simply tell whomever that we plan to abide by the NAP with each of them.
