Well, it can get kind of troublesome when you have a whole boatload of self-proclaimed Peacekeepers all trying to peacekeep each others' backyards... I think that's sort of what's happening in the Apolyton region at the moment...

It has puzzled me why small nations own several parts whereas when i was looking for something i'd have basically had almost 3bill people packed in a rubber dinghy of a country.

Regions shouldn't be allowed to expand to the point where they become too sparesly populated, but owning a couple of small patches isn't too bad in my opinion.
