You forgot to count:

The War on Drugs (not going so well)
The War on Terrorism (hardly hear anything about it anymore)

It's a shame yeah.. I mean to make it appear so, that you were fighting in war, that you actually dodged. I think that's a huge insult to all veterans of all wars.

But then again, it happened in his youth, and it's embarrasing IMO, so why rub his nose in it... long time ago. I believe in forgiving people their past mistakes. I think everyone deserves second chance, if not convicted of very henious crimes like murders etc.. everyone, if they prove to be worth it, and when they do, they should get that second chance. But I guess American politics are dirt digging etc.

Though I must speak my mind honestly and say it's a bit weird that you can order people to go to war, when you have clearly dodged it yourself.. it's important that leaders who are in that position have gone through war themselves, so they can really weigh the options and if they still think war is necessary, then it has more weight in it. But.. what can you do.. I think there should be a rule like if you order war to happen, you must send your kids, relatives, everyone who are able to fight in the lines. Also if possible, you should go yourself, put on a helmet and start shouting orders and not be in the home troops, all cozy and safe. But that's not realistic, it would be cool thing though..

As DD pointed out, this is totally false. Not that I expect anything better from UR, but it takes a special level of idiocy to claim that the North Koreans are winning the diplomatic battle with the US. Bush called their bluff and now they're the one making concessions.
