No, she's not. I went crazy trying to find historical leaders for the Inuit. I took the name from one of their pre-Christian goddesses.
I could only find Inuit leaders after Westernization, with European names, and they seemed to get most of their fame from legal wranglings with Canada (not too exciting). I couldn't even find a "questionably true" leader, a la Gilgamesh or King Arthur.

The leaderhead looks sensational, but when I use it in the game, something seems to go wrong with the palette. If I play a with her as an opposing civ leader, her black hair turns white on the foreign advisor screen, or orange if I select her to speak to; and if I retire, her picture is just a black rectangle. I can, however, view the files with PSP7 without any probs; it's just in-game when I experience these issues. It's a shame because I really want to use what is an excellent leaderhead. Can anyone please help?

Aaron, I've worked out how to resolve the problem! I've got PSP7 and noticed that you've used the same colour on the palette for the black in her hair as the black that surrounds the image. This black does turn white on the advisor screen. (Don't ask me why, I'm not a technical whizz, just worked this out by trial and error.)
If you select another colour on the palette that is nearly black (I used palette index 132 which is R24 G20 B15) and colour over her hair with that it resolves the problem.
Because I'm not able to tell the difference between "nearly black" and "black" when I'm painting, I amended the colour to orange so that I could see where I'd coloured in and where I hadn't and then amended the colour back to R24 G20 B15.
Phew!! I hope this helps you. It really is a superb leaderhead and I'm glad I can get it in the game. I'm actually using it as Laura Secord for the Canadians.

I've now fixed the NK_all file and you can get it at the link below. As I mentioned above, I'm using the leaderhead for Canada, so I've used the images from the industrial ages for my pcx files instead of the ones you've done. Hope you don't mind, but I've chucked those in the zip file as well!
