They are girl actors who started off as babies in a dumb show called Full House (they played the same character, and would switch off)... after the show went on for too long, it was finally cancled and the girls went on to play in various kids movies and made for tv movies and stuff... now they are all grown up, and people say they are attractive.
I say they could probably be melted down faster than a Barbie doll however not my taste, i suppose...
