	Yahoo Instant Messenger Increase the size of your Attachments

I searched for an answer on this but could not find it...

I noticed you can input your Yahoo IM handle in the control panel, but unlike the other IM programs it does not list the Yahoo handle under your name when you post.

Has this been intentionally disabled or is there a bug?

It's a feature in vBulletin. It only shows the icons for ICQ and AIM, so it's not disabled or a bug.

Because people actually use that. I dont' know anybody, online or off, that uses Yahoo messenger, but I know a bunch of people that use MSN. I use Trillian, though, so it's no big deal.

Vovan used to have only Y!M, but right now all those who I know and have Y!M, also have some other IM service. However I do use Y!M too. I'm also supporting the idea of a .NET Messenger Service field, but the issue for Markos and Dan seems to be (based on the previous thread by Asher) that the e-mail address visible there would be public. However I'm comfortable with that.

Still I for one don't think a possibility to have a MSN field would be dumb. It's a pretty popular IM regardless if it's much used or not.

And I for one have only been at the OT board some very few times in the years I've been here at Apolyton. I don't like that board much... Therefore I haven't seen this poll before now. I guess that is similar to other members too?

I put my MSN username as my email address & chose to display it. Anybody wishing to contact me that way, would hopefully have the common sense to add that address in their MSNM contacts list.
So it can be done. Sort of.
