I believe our second city is already called "Mingapulco".

It would seem logical to call this city our "3rd" city; but I was following Dominae's lead that Apolyton wasn't considered our "1st" city. When "Mingapulco" was founded, it was talked about as our "2nd" city. so the next would be our "3rd", right?

Actually, I think we should run a runoff with newly suggested names and the top 3 from this contest. (Provided the new suggestions get at least 1 second )

sorry I ddin't understand what you mean when you were talking about a 2nd city... I thought that Mingapoulco had already been founded... and didn't realize that you really meant a 3rd city
