Jeez, your criminal justice system IS messed up. I can't believe you can't have your lawyers approach the judge in private.

I just hope everything turns out for the best cause this is a pretty bad situation.

But then again....the US justice system has it's own faults as well..

I think they can talk with the prosecutor if they want... I don't know if they can approach the judge, we have little different system. I still think the system is good, only thing is that they give too light punishments (and I'm here to beg for low punishment ). I think in our justice system the judge is not carrying that much power as in the US. So it's little different. Plus if you get convicted, they will automatically change the punishment to lowest possible. If example I get 1 year jail time, they will change it automatically to parole and community service for first timers.

I really don't know about these things, but I do know, that I can't work a deal with judges etc. Well, I'll have to get moving and it's actually in 30 minutes and I'm in a hurry already. Wish me luck!

Also this is different since no one has claims, and we don't have an argument. Prosecutor has to look at the case the cops have to give, and then he/she will decide if he/she will press charge. Then we will have to go to court, and there we will battle for 5 minutes . It would be different if we all denied this happened, and cops didn't know about it. But judges here carry less power.

Ahh back.. took only 10 minutes, and they were really nice to me for some weird reason. I got coffee and the works, and they 'interviewed' me in their 'mess hall' with radio on . They pretty much did all the talking too.
'Well the guys said they don't have any grudges and you agreed this thing already, correct?' 'yes sir'. 'They said you pushed them, correct?' 'Pushed?' 'Yes, pushed' 'Okay, correct'.. they knew I hit them since I told them so earlier. But the guys said I only pushed them, and not violently. Then 'did you attack them on your property?' 'Hmm.. I think not, right in front of it' 'but you're not sure?' 'Well... ' 'Because if you're not even sure and it's only pushing, I don't know what the hell you're here for, this doesn't fit into description of what you're suspected for, and since no one has claims and it was only little argument no one remembers and you pushed lightly them away "quote, not sure if it was in property or not" '.. And then we all agreed and I think that was it. THey don't send this case to prosecutor, because there is no case, or attack that would fit assault description. I'm off the hook now . Phew!

Though they said they'll contact me again if there is something new to this, but since I know and they know there's nothing more to it, it won't happen. I hope.

I think they just wanted to save some paper work, and money too, since we already made peace and no one got injured and both acted wrong in the eyes of law and was only little thing. I must say I was surprised how smooth this was.

Yep.. I think they were on my side, and they see punks every day to the point were they would just like to shoot them at sight. They saved lots of work because of little thing, that wouldn't be worth it. I'm not 100% sure, that this is it, but they said 'it looks like there is no case', and that they'll get back to me if there is something.
