	Regional Millitary Training center Support Apolyton

The United States of Jackson wishes to set up a Regional Millitary Training center, were the armed forces of Apolyton can train with each other in wargames to simulate many different possible scenarios where our millitary forces might be needed. The goal is to prepare our troops for war and make sure they are the best trained troops in the whole world. Even against a foe that is highly equiped and has more firepower, better trained force will prevail against them. There fore we wish to see which nations would be willing to set this center up. The USJ is willing to set up a area within our own nation, since we have been conducting such training within our own nation for sometime. We would also be willing to give most of the starting costs to get the center up and running.

I agree with the principle, but there are nations in the region whose militaries I don't want to help train.

THen we can bar such nations from training in the center. We can set up a board of member nations which allow nations in and bar others which are deem a threat to our region, and kick out existing members if they also become a threat.

The Royal Army of the Kingdom of Wine already stated its interest in partaking in such a project.

The numerous military facilities of the Kingdom are open to any other Apolyton nation who whish to join the project proposed by Jackson.

If it's computer simulation you want, the first-generation of Ceroo's naval training simulators are up for sale. We have updraged to our second-generation simulators recently and so the surplus may be sold to firendly nations as approved by The Ceroo High Council recently.

However, Ceroo wishes to decline the offer of joining, as we would prefer our military training to remain completely autonomous and independant.

no computer simulations, allthough computers will be used. WHat we use if lasers mounted on guns and tanks any any other sort of weapons. Each time a blank is fired the laser is trigged and hits the area were the bullet would have gone or tank shell. The Tanks, troops and ect will have sensors on them to pick up the laser and then emits a single to tell the troops how badly hurt they are or if they are "dead." So these will invovle real troops and there equipment, a divsion at a time. (Simular to the center that the US uses to train its troops.)

Noosland's northern border is an impressive mountain range that makes an ideal site for training in such terrain.

Eternal Cold will join this endeavor and uses similar training equipment to that mentioned.

Seing that we have many nations willing to participate we want to go ahead with the first steps in seting up this center. Since Noosland has an ideal spot for train, lets set up the center there. THe USJ will give a grant of 12 Billion Dollars to Noosland to set up the center in the region they first stated.

Eternal Cold can contribute some of the training equipment, modifying it if necessary to be compatible with other nations' equipment, vehicles, and aircraft. The rest of the training equipment can be provided at cost.
