A young Denise Richards, by the way.

I have heard some women talk that they do get offended when ugly guys such as myself look at them. But they enjoy it when good looking men look at them. The way I see it, is they can't have it both ways. If they are going to dress like that, then they better expect ugly a-holes like myself to look at them.

Another evidence of women's irrationality. (Joke)
Do they think they are invisible for ugly boys?
Anyway, do not get confused guys, there is nothing wrong on looking but for thinking
As Velazquez (the famous Spanish painter) said when accused of having painted nudity: "the sin is not on the picture, but it is in the eyes of the beholder".
As far as religious boys are concerned, slutty girls are part of the creation, and we have to look at the creation and thank God for it everywhere and everytime.

Well, we must differentiate between people who are just attractive and dressed attractively, and people dressed "sluttily." What defines "slutty" clothing?
IMO, people who dress in obviously provocative outfits are doing so to be provocative, so I don't mind people obliging them. If some hot guy is walking around in ludicrously tight clothes that show off his pecs/butt/etc., I'll give a glance or two. So what?
Now, that's different from, say, a guy jogging shirtless in the park. He's probably not doing so to show off and attract people (maybe), so I feel less inclined to oggle in such a situation.
Anyone who dresses in an obviously racy manner and then has the gaul to complain about being stared at is just being silly.
