	Reccomendations from the Experts Support Apolyton

I have a question: which are the best Mod packs in your opinion. I hear many references to the 'AU Mod' - is this Mod already on the PTW scenario choices?

What I am looking for are Mods designed improve/correct the game play, AI choices, unit abilities, as well as improve the AI's Civ traits.

I do not want to tinker with the editor, but would prefer a Mod that incorperates what the 'consensus' of players deem approriate improvements.

The AU (Apolyton University) Mod is not included in the PtW disk; it's something that those of us involved in the "Apolyton University" series are continually working to improve (although my own role tends to be more critic/skeptic than innovator). Its goals are to make the AI more competitive and try to make strategic options a little more interesting for the human but to avoid changing the default rules without a compelling reason.

Sounds like you're perfectly describing what we're trying to do with the AU mod over in the strategy forum.

You might find some other similar mods on other sites, but for apolyton, the AU mod is the one you're looking for. Just follow Nathan's link or enter the strategy forum.
