Seems a problem with communication. An escort will not help them at this point.

Have the one who is not shy, but slow take the strong, silent guy approach. Very effective with a chatty woman. He just needs to make sure that he listens to what she says for the entire night.

I do believe this has been suggested above by apocalypse.

As for the shy one, does he like sports? Get him to try something co-ed, in whatever he is most interested. He needs to get used to being around women so he won't be so tongue-tied.

Maybe that they are to eager to meet girls is the problem. I've noticed that girls actually comes on to me nowadays since I found luuuuve. Possibly other girls can smell their desperation a mile away. Considering their age I'd say it's to late. If they where ten years younger it would be considered normal but now...

Yell at them until they realize they are stupid. Do they seriously want to talk to a girl and **** things up?

If they don't like talkative girls then the only way to get around that is set them up with some quiet girl who doesn't like to talk and doesn't like the guy talking. It'd probably take an incredibly long time for anything to happen, but that is the only other obvious way.

I'd also suggest taking them to strip clubs. That way they will be around women more. It's a step up from porn at least.

The main reason is that a different look is atractive, in general. It works many times.

and they will like the sex, but still not be any good with women (like on the flirty/communication stage, which is the one that matters)

I don't mean to sound snippy, but did these guys ever actually ask for your help? I know I'm not a love expert, but if you have to make them do it how likely are they to actually succeed? If they're really desperate for the physical sensation, by all means buy them whores or whatever. I seriously doubt it will make them more smooth though.
