Perhaps it is good to have this thread, since the link Kloreep posted will become better known - I update that "directory" post every time I add a new turn report. Putting turn reports into individual threads would only make things worse - if you use the "directory" post to access the individual turn reports, you can then use the "page numbers" to go back and forth between turns - with separate threads, you would have to always go back to the directory first and then to another turn report. Also, you can "subscribe" to the turn report thread and receive email notifications every time there is a new one up - that would again be impossible, if using separate threads.
I seriously thought everybody has already known about the "turn report directory", as I set it up a long time ago (before turn 20, I believe)... I consider this setup just fine and see no reason to change it. But if I am missing something, feel free to point that out, please.
