If he's a dictator, he's the worst excuse for a dictator ever. I mean, we still have most of our rights. The Bill of Rights and Constitution haven't been torn up. Congress and Judiciary still exist and elections are still being held. He's way behind all the other dictators and he's going to have to hurry up if he wants to catch up to them.

the only part I was questioning was if the file was legit. So I checked CNN and found out that it is. Not that he's admitting to being a dictator, that was just bait...but that he did actually say this quote.
