My all time favourites are:

Rush - Tom Sawyer (the beginning is the best part)
Rage Against the Machine - Wake Up
Rage Against the Machine - Renegades of Funk (gets me really pumped up!)
Republica - Ready to Go
Guns'n'Roses - Welcome to the Jungle

and then to non-aggressive mode..
Miracles - Love Machine..I'll tell you a secret.. if I want to get pumped up for the night for the ladies, I'll always listen to this and smile to the mirror while doing my hair.. I know it's sounds pretty gay.. but I love it! Sometimes I just listen to this, sing along and shake my butt, thinking I'm all that.. pointing finger to the mirror and making self pleased faces like 'yeah.. that's right'.. I even say it in english, that's how disgusting I am!

really I have a lot of music which pumps me up. It depends on which mood I'm in at the time. Angry music pumps me up, what can I say. But sometimes I just like silly happy music.

ok I guess we can add more things here.. what tracks do you use to get yourself pumped/relaxed/sleepy/happy.. etc etc..

I use Toto - Africa to get my relaxed.. It really makes me calm and my pulse low and I enjoy it. I like it even with head ache..

Albert Speer, well I don't know if you get any happier or just the opposite, but I get pumped up listening Method Man - Judgement Day..
I actually own some hip hop stuff too. EPMD, Gravediggaz etc are in my collections, I don't know if you like them or not though.

I found my own in that yeah.. I have other stuff too, but those are the ones that I listen quite often.
I have a good source, one of my buddies is actually hip hop dj who knows lots of people in local scene, so I get lots of recommendations all the time and I get to loan some of his records too. That's how I got introduced to EPMD and the likes in the first place..

Albert Speer, You got it.. He's awfull. He goes by the name of Dj Ghetto Grooves. There's nothing Ghetto in his 'Grooves'. He has impressive collection and he knows good music, but he doesn't have his ways with decks and mixer... he has improved a bit though, and can do little scratching too, but.. he should at least think about what he wears, looking like Ali G is not improving his image.

Well I can't say because I can't compare it to any other cities.. I'd say it's growing, taking little baby steps. There are only few really good dj's here in Helsinki.. But he knows few people who have been in the scene for longer time, they're friends from child hood, no other way would they ever hang out with him . So if he had any skills, they would have already showed. But if you forget his willingess of being white rich wannabe gangsta, he's actually a really nice guy.
