Oh brother, not this again. Iraqis trying to surrender to coalition forces, only to be turned away. Maybe he's trying to avoid the angry wrath of the people who his former employer brutally oppressed. Maybe he's genuinely afraid for his life...

Goebbels was the Nazi Minister for "Enlightenment and Culture" (I think) during Hitler's Germany. His work was mostly calling for the death and killing of Jews and how they are all evil plotters wishing to destroy the 'Aryan' race. Committed suicide, me thinks, at the end of WWII.
