	PTWDG II: Team Monkeys Thread Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

First of all, hey folks, Im back.

I see PTW DG II has picked up a bit. People are already founding teams. Anyway I want to start a team that has to do with monkeys. I dont know how I am gonna incorporate an agenda that involves with monkey themes, but if you're interested post here. Share your love for monkeys!

-Im thinking of something along the lines of pushing for no deforestation policy. Not only will that be challenging, but fun. It would also create an extremly interesting relationship with human neighbors.

-Havent thought of name of the team yet. Im leaning towards kung fu monkeys, nova monkeys, space monkeys or something like that.

-I want our flag to be Monkey using bananas as nunchukus.

-Our team icon of course, has to be a banana!

I'll post more when finals are finished. Until then, I hope this first draft of idea for the team is enough to rally members who'd be interested.

Goal: To fight deforestation and making the planet as green as possible so that our children has a place to swing around and sling poops down on the miserable humans.

Government: Anyone can play, I really wouldnt care. No real form of government as long as people get to all contribute and take part in the game. Unless someone shows up in our team and whips up an awesome government form, we'll keep it without one.

Instead of merely not deforesting or removing jungles, you should plant forests on all able tiles (when you can)

Would be fun. And think about the defense, every enemy would be a slowmover in your territory.

OK - I have a question. You have mentioned monkeys. And only monkeys. But that seems awfully restrictive. Almost as if you are preaching mono-monkeyism.

What are your views on gorillas, mandrills, baboons, barbary apes, and lion-tailed macaques?

Is this an inclusive society, or will it be ruled by the monkey elite from the tops of the trees? What about the lowlands? If this is a nationalistic monkey society, I want no part of it.

I knew someone was going to ask this question sooner or later

Name is team monkey because team primate sounds pretty weak. The word monkey in itself is just damn silly. As you will see from leader pics, gorillas are in it too.

Since humans are primates too, for role purposes we will consider human captives as secondary citizens. (ala planet of the apes style)

And speaking of leaders, Ive come down with 6 possible choices. Even if you dont want to join the team, if you have good ideas, feel free to contribute

*goku is a damn monkey. Even if someone tell sme he's a saiyan from planet vegeta blah blah, its based on a damn monkey in chinese folklore! so there.

Alright, itd be nice if someone else steps up and takes the leader role other than me. I'll have alot of RL stuff over the summer so I doubt taking charge of anything in poly would be a good idea for me.

why eat if of course. What else is there to eat if we are going to treat bananas as if hindus treats cows?
