Would anyone else like to see a map editor? I checked the files a bit, saw a few interesting things, but it is mostly hex-based, so except for renaming stars or maybe planets, I can't do much with what's in there (it would require work I'd better spend on Clash). I'd really like to be able to draw maps, at least for stars, although putting a nice anomaly of a special kind in one spot would open wide avenues for scenarios.

yes, all entries are first approved before being public
could you update your profile http://apolyton.net/forums/member.p...ion=editprofile
filling in the name, surname fields? this way an account with the same username will be created in the directory and will be shown in your file entry (and you will be able to submit updates to it)

I have posted v.1.2.3 on the home page.
This version has editing screens for every significant text file GalCiv uses.
If you ever wanted to make your own Anomalies, Events, Improvements, Invasion Tactics, Political Parties, SB Modules, Ships, Techs, UP Issues, or to edit English.str, this program can help you on your way.
I will be posting this version in the Apolyton Directory this weekend.
