GRAPHIC: Swamp Terrain w. Waterlillies Got spare money?

Here's my swamp terrain with waterlillies, based on the brown swamp by LBPB for the Great Lost Civlizations MOD, and now also featured in The Ancient Mediterranean MOD.

Suffering from ads?

The download (extract to the Terrain folder). This will replace the Jungles. The forest that's in there, too, is Sn00py's forest. You can cut & paste any forest you want in there, of course.

This is a nice new graphic Would it be possible to add more jungle away from the rivers & have the swamp only occur on or near the river?

Full PM-box? Change here!

It's not a flood plain, so it's not dependent on the river. Thus the answer is no.

Simple enough to do:

Change the Flood Plains to The Jungle and make the Flood Plains Rivers Looks like this Cool Swamp graphic, This would make a great Effect, also frees up a Multi-Effect Terrain Incase you want some other effect...

Many possible ways to muck around with the graphics to get what you want.

I'll make a nile-like flood plain, too. I prefer to have it two different terrains, but if you like this one as flood plain... Go ahead!

What I was implying is that You can get around all the terrain restrictions by thinking outside the box,

Realistically Flood plains doesn't really need to have a seperate one for desert (unless there are other parameters that I dont know about (which is highly possible)) Desert is desert and if it has a river it has grass on the river banks, so the desert terrain is sorta a spare one:
You should think of the terrains as:
TerrainA-shallow (Beach)
TerrainA-medium (sea)
TerrainA-Deep (Ocean)
TerrainB-foliageA (forest) -
TerrainB-foliageB (jungle)
TerrainB-Elevated (hills)
TerrainB-Highly elevated (mountain)
TerrainB-1 (desert)
TerrainB-2 (plains)
TerrainB-3 (grasslands)
TerrainB-4-river adjusted (flood plains)
TerrainB-5 (tundra)

Then re-arrange what goes where so you get the right terrain adjustemenst and changes...

Uhhh... what? How is this terrain scheme you wrote down related to civ?

I think flood plains are designed to be nile-like. They overflood twice per year and leave very fertile soil. You are right, it has nothing to do with the desert, though.
