	Court case against Athkala Got spare money?

The Dominion of Noosland petitions the Court to require Athkala to return the stolen nuclear device to the Kingdom of Wine. Such acts of terrorism carry serious consequences and must be dealt with swiftly.

Naturally, we support this endeavor. Our nation and words are now being backed by armies of increasing strength, as your armies are being depleted by attacks from space and air, you cities are about to be nukes. This will occur if you do not disengage from Marijuania, and sign a truce, and return the weapon and all Athkalan nuclear technology to the Kingdom of Wine, another one of your victims.

UR: The common way to start a court case is to PM a judge. Athkala has said it will return the bomb within 48 hours. If you still wish to issue proceedings onto Athkala, please PM myself or another judge. If that is satisfactory, as it complies with your demands, then this thread is not needed.

Athkalan armies are not being depleted. You do not have a military to deplete them with, unless your post in the military strength page was blatant lying. Indeed, how can you attack our troops, when you do not know how many, where they are, or anything about them, since it hasn't been posted yet.

We strongly believe that a case should be brought against Athkala. They have conitnued their attacks by stealing spacecraft technology from their neighbors, something has to be done.

It is displeasing that Akheva must frown upon it's neighbour in such an early stage of it's history. However, when faced with the threat of terrorism, Akheva must stand up for it's people and the international community. It is therefore our duty as responsible international citizens to plead to Athkala to stand down from it's stance as a threat to world peace.

Jack: They borrowed it to escape, and have now given it to the international community, to show that it is not up to the spec given by Marijuania. I believe it would be up to Marijuania to decide if it wishes to press charges against Athkala. Ben has PMed me to say that he does not wish to. Indeed, Athkala was offered the entire space fleet in exchange for peace. However, peace has been maintained without it. When he comes back in a few days (from being banned) he will post to say.

We have no intention of pursuing any claims against Athkala.

We wish only peace, we have three identical ships to the two that were taken and soon have the ability to produce more (and we are working on a new design, the Marley-class to enter production when we are capable). As such, the two that were taken are of no use to us.

The revolutionary government, before it steps down before the election, announces that the over-estimated claims about the ships before the war, were an attempt to bluff Marijuania's military strength, as we realised our vulnerability to militaristic societies. Clearly that backfired, and all the parties running in the election have stated that they will be transparent about our capabilities.

We seek an assurance from Athkala and Method that not only will they not war against Marijuania again, but they will not attack any other nation unprovoked.

Athkala wishes to state that it has no intentions of attacking anyone in the foreseeable future, and gives their assurance that they will not strike at Marijuania, unless provoked.

We can assure Athkala that there will be no military or economic provocation of Athkala. Our words and diplomacy with other nations on the other hand will continue as before, as will the running our nation according to our philosophies., and though they have never, nor will ever actively seek to antagonise Athkala. Our philosophies are not intended as provocation, nor could any reasonable government see them as such.

I trust that this concurrence is satisfactory.
