Not quite accurate. FlameFlash as you reported you received a turn on the 12th from Netwarrior, on your new mobile. See a couple of posts above.

2253 to Drones

This is my 1st game on an Earth map and it seems like fun. But then again, I'm relatively isolated so I'm enjoying my position a lot. Next time maybe we can ask the CNM to place each of us in a more isolcated position, ie N. America, S. America, Australia, and Africa, and give the AI the rest. Different factions for each of us might be good too.
BTW, how did the 1st Battlefield Earth game turn out?

This is a SMAX game

Difficulty level is Transcend, tweaked (see below)

Players, in turn order, are:

Hive - Flubber
University - Archaic
Morgan - Mongoose
Drones - Qantaga


The game was won by Flubber: the Uni were destroyed and Mongoose and Qantaga conceded in around 2208 or soon thereafter.

Not quite. Mongoose and Archaic are still around and Flubber too though he announced his withdrawal from Pbems.

Your suggestion re the dispersal of the Human factions is interesting as the placing of three human factions on the European/ Asia landmass would seem to lead to inevitable conflict there.

I was thinking of some type of total alien invasion of Earth with all 3 AI factions permapacted together, trecherous towards all humans, and all 3 the same, either Usurper or Progenitor. It might be a little confusing but I'm guesing that each alien faction would have different colors so that would help.

Perhaps if the aliens were distributed more evenly. Leave out the non-alien AI & place some of the aliens-keep a single faction, just distribute them widely; on each continent near each human player.

In other news, sealevels will rise 1133m (or thereabouts) in the next 20 years.
