I had a good go at #4, battered him down (he is week for bombardment attacks), didnt do it as well as I wanted as #44 kept attacking me.

Couldnt get a spy report on him, but guess to break his back we need to embezzle him to get his money, ive kept trying but cant get through.

I still cant get through with recon, I have no turns left and little money (plus unable to send any more aid for an hour). I think he is probably weak on Bombardment and Aerial attacks (I was getting through with 900,000 bombardment units - but bear in mind im future advance so my bombardment units had an attack strength of 5). #7 got through with aerial units before me but I dont know how many he used.

Think the networth for Purple People Eater #4 is wrong, ive got through with hardly any troops. If you have even 300,000 of one type or 1,000,000 units for standard attack it might be worth a try. The return wont be that great but there are few strong targets left.

Without wishing to pre-judge the situation I think #4 is nearly finished, maybe we look for new enemies or just land grab from the weaker guys? - Any ideas?

damn 500mill food solf for £6 on the black market is 3bill but if he sold it all on the public market for £14 thats 7bill cash hes got stored !!!


I might have to try this, what it seems they've done.
All buildings are farms and all food consuming objects, ie military+people are removed.

I'm guess each acre produces roughly 2 food and each farm gives 50 (if some people could post their farms+land value aswell as total food income we could work this out properly).

Anyways 14k land would then produce 728k food per tick. 500 turns of farming would give a grand total of 455mill food, which if sold on the black market is roughly 3bill.
Once this is done you could buy your military
2mill infantry - 184mill
1.5mill tanks - 276mill
1.5mill jets - 552mill
1mill battleships - 552mill
Total - 1.564bill cash

as you can see quite an impressive military could be bought with just 500 turns and only 14k acres being worked .....
Then again I think 14k markets would give better results with cashing, but that can be embezzled, food can only be destroyed.

This only works if their is sufficient demand for your food.
In the previous game I managed to sell only 2 mill food or so. After the rest had been sitting waiting to be sold, I took it back.

I'm afraid stocking up on food is not a big help.

We need to get rid of all these guys land, down to at least less than 2000. Then theyve got nothing to farm and no money to buy units. When they get online and start trying to attack we need to counter attack as soon as theyve bought troops.

Laz, just had the calculator out. I dont see their strategy is anything special, with 10,000 markets & very minimal troops, your income would be approx $6mil from cash turns, this would also generate $3bil in 500 turns.

We just need to keep an eye on all players (especially #4 #46 & #38) knock them down every time they start to get up - keep their land as low as possible.
