	GA for CDG? Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Will CDG go for GA before or after starting a war?

If they are allied with GCA, could it be that GCA could help
them achive GA, so they could outproduce us?
Or even make a small war with CFC?

Or will they wait until they first attack us to start their GA.

If I played Persia I would start my GA first and use the buildup to create an overhelming attackforce so that Carthago wouldnt have any use of their GA.

so you mean, that maybe CDG and GCA are allied; and somehow CDG got GCA to sacrifice a warrior to start their golden age?

Of course, it wouldn't be too profitable while still in a despotism, but it would help. It would also be a pretty smart idea. I don't think that when we set up an embassy, that CDG was in a GA, but they may have just done it now.

For GCA to agree to that would be trusting bordering on naive. That may in fact genuinely be what CDG wants - an alliance and help with a GA so they can come after us, but GCA would be completely bonkers to agree to that.

"Let's agree to trigger a GA for our immediate neighbor, so they can build MORE IMMORTALS to attack someone way north of them with very strong defensive units instead of us to their immediate south with noticeably weaker ones, and roads connecting us to them."

I dont believe either that they will do that, but if they have divided the continent, CDG gets Apolyton, and GCA gets CFC. GCA keeps trading with us so we keep up research while CDG keeps pumping out Immortals.
Paranoia is not a sickness it's a gift.

But still, if they use one of our warriors in the shield to start their GA, we should be ready to start ours against their Iron-Guardian.

They are absolutely planning on when they want their GA and how to use it, so must we.
