yeah I should record them... cant really judge them written out... the thing is that a lot of people can't judge lyrics when they hear them so typing them out is best if you want people to judge your lyrics

i am always extremely puzzled at why you always seem to take the woman's side, even in the hypothetical scenario presented by Speer.

It has nothing to do with antiquated notions of what a woman is supposed to be, and everything to do with respect for ones body, choices, and fidelity in relationships.

Why is it that whenever someone says scribes sings or shits something that indicts a woman, Laz can be seen leaping to her aid, whether she is right or wrong, and accusing the author of misogyny?

this was not a hypothetical... the boy seriously went off to college and stopped hanging around the street and his ex-girlfriend started becoming a whore. she became pregnant and started saying that he was the father which he definently was not. they broke up in the summer and she didnt get pregnant until like january... i dont think she should be having sex with a whole lot of guys but my main problem was that she got pregnant and is saying he's the father...

how the hell you going to call me misogynist when clearly all I did was tell the facts.

Hehe, sorry Speer, I happened to list only west-coast faves. Run-DMC is one of my all-time greats. I also love Beastie Boys (although I'm not sure they are considered mainstream rap). I used to listen to a lot of Def-Jam and RuffRyder rappers, but those were more recent. I was never a fan of Puffy or P.diddy or whatever he calls himself now. And I wasn't exposed to a lot of the more local east coast rap. After all, I'm just a dumbass white-bred, suburban kid.

when i write in my notebook, in order to prevent a line from going onto the next line on the paper, I have to use abbreviations. Because words like 'for' and 'to' and 'and' are very common and take up a bit of space, i shorten them to '4', '2', etc.

when I type them up on here, i type exactly what i see so i type the abbreviations too

Right- let's clarify the issues. We're back to your "Angels/Whores" again. To put it bluntly, your displayed opinions on women indicate that you're emotionally retarded. There's a lot of talk about the "Madonna/Whore" complexes in men, but I've never encountered such a stark case.

On the one hand, you have your "Angels", then you have your "whores". Now the fact that a young woman has decided to have a string of sexual relationships, as most young women do, means you're calling her a prostitute and are depicting her in sexual acts that I doubt you've witnessed.

This, of course, brings to mind your past posts about your "Sweet Angels", and the fact that you got driven to raging tantrums if they displayed a hint of sexual activity. By any standards, that's really not normal behaviour. Get used to the fact that young people are, on average, sexually active, and the fact that their relationships may be brief does not give you the right to label them as prostitutes.

There's the issue of this disputed pregnancy, but I'll not comment on that beyond the fact that I tend to treat most of what you write about your life as bullshit. Or, at the very least, embellished and exaggerated to the point that it's no longer credible.

I think you need help. I really don't think you're emotionally equipped to handle an adult relationship.

Oh, Laz. What you speak of is a recent (past 40 years or so) development in American culture. It use to be that sexual activity was not as high, as shown by the dramatic increase in teen pregnancies. This my friend, while normal today, is a major problem with todays society; children raising children. When people, children included, forgo rational thought processes and act upon them, they must be held responsible for those actions. Yet, many do not, and seek to place their burden on someonelse; mom, dad, trash can, father, or boyfriend.

IMO, when someone begins to become sexually active they need to stop acting like a kid and realize what their actions may lead to; stds, children, relations, marriage... When someone begins to have sex without regards to such repercussions this makes them a slut/whore. When they try to pawn such consequinses off on to someone else becuase they cannot "afford" such items, such as children, this means that they want to continue behaving the way they do without paying for it, or even getting paid to do so (through child support). This makes them a prositute.

Thus, on that matter I think Speer is quite sane, and that you are seeing a problem as "normal", and that ain't right.

To address Speer holding someone on a pedestal and then the minute they err to call them such; that would be wrong, for no person is devine. Yet, I don't think that is the case here. I think he loved her, and she betrayed that love, and that makes all the difference...
