okay postal 2 came in today, Id give it a 1 out of 10
Bad things:
1.No music, thats the biggest hit against it
2.graphics get old fast, they are nice looking but the scenery doesnt really change. not from what Ive seen anyway
3.VERY SUCKY npc interactions, basically if you shoot them they'll either shoot back or run. And the only time it gets violent is if you have a crap load of cops around, the normal citizens are yellow-bellied.
4.Not many toys, the weapon set is oddly enough the exact same thing as avaliable in GTA3 
5.Tasks are boring at best, so far Ive had to pick up a check, cash it, and buy some milk.
6. There is no good reason to become violent, at least in GTA you have a good reason to kill innocent people, they get in your way, try to steal your car, you're in competition with your buddy, etc... In this game there are no good reasons to attack innocent people, there are a few different groups that you have to deal with but they are simply annoying and provide no challenge unless in large numbers.
7.The parodies suck, sure they have religious and activist groups that they poke fun at but its more like "ha...." than "hahahahahahahahahaahah!!!!!"
8.long and frequent load times
Good things
1. you can enter all the buildings...thats about it.
Basically its a rip-off of GTA3 with better graphics, but without the storyline or cars. Also, I see absolutely NOTHING in this game that hasn't already been done in some other game. (it even has exploding barrels )
excuse me, I must punish myself for spending so much money on such a worthless P.O.S.

...but I like the fact that sometimes they start shooting without reason...
...In the later levels there's more action, since those groups keeps trying to kill you... those terrorists later in the game, are pretty annoying... They got bazooka  
...oh, and wait til you finish last mission... then you see some violence...
