Let us just look for a second at some of the other great institutions called "Hall of Fames".
Major League Baseball has a hall of fame. To be consider for it you must have some qualifications such as 300 wins, 3000 hits, 500 HRS , winning World Series or being a major contributor to the game as a long time owner or broadcastor.
Now, lets look at Apolyton Civ hall of Fame. What on Earth are the qualifications for this institution?
If you have to be a contributor to this forem, that would be a good start.
There are 2 people that are not in the Hall of Fame as far as I know that you all love to hate, Eyes and StrategicKing. We have contributed to this forem combined more then many of the Hall of Famers alltogether.(Of course the difference being that I have never been banned).
if it is a matter of what you have added to the game, Oedo should make it hands down on the first ballot based solely on the Oedo year discovery alone.
If it is a matter of Tittles, may I remind thoose that maybe have not have heard this, I am 8 time Game League Champion (where have you been for the last 4 years if you did not know this)
If it is just a popularity contest may I suggest you all return to high school, grab a cigerette and go sit at the cool table or grow up and set some sort of standerds voting should be based on so this maybe taken more seriously and is not the Hiddiously Obtuse Fraud voting.

Unfortunately anyone who was GL champion more than 7 times is constitutionally barred from entering the hall of fame.

Just one of those loopholes, since when the rules were set noone could imagine an 8-times winner. Sorry.

well rah, i will defend this about strate.......hes an awesome player....we only played once, but i have had a few save games sent to me by opponents , and after looking over his games..this boy has skills....

he , like some of the other loud folks around here just likes to goad people into games.....

if he couldn't play, i wouldn't have any respect, but he can there i do....

but sometimes STRATE...................

Well rah... you forgot to unban eyes... don't worry, I did.

I really don't mind the rants and raves... it is good entertainment value.

Both he and Strat are great players. And while I don't enjoy their settings, all power to them. I just get a little tired of the ole "no other setting require strategy crap".

Eyes has been talking about his new unbeatable strategy, and Strat has been doing the same. I would love to hear what happens if they should meet and use them.

I must call you on this one Rah. I have posted here for 4 years on very substantive issues not just empty bragging. I have posted many strategies. I have posted saves of a number of different games. Had my rival battles with other members. I have offered many challenges. Exprsed my point of view, agree with it or not. Surely some of my posts have been a little funny and a lot pretty edgey. do I play alot of games with Apolytoners, maybe not and if disqualified because of that, Ill struggle on.
